SeeMyPC

SeeMyPC is a small program designed to capture your screen (or a certain window) every few or single minute, and upload it to the secured server so you can see your computer from away. It is useful if you are downloading something, or just want to show your screen to friends. Version 2 is now available for all platforms (this download is for Windows only though).
