Screen Ruler provides pixel measurements and calculations between two screen points. Included measurements are X distance, Y distance, diagonal distance between the two points, percentage of screen height and width, and also angles from horizontal and vertical. Simply click the "Start Measurement" button then click two points on the screen and Screen Ruler provides all of the measurements and calculations in it's compact user interface.
