ScenePainter is a 3rd party program for accessing the stored graphic resources of games made with the nenya media library by three rings design. Please note, that these graphics are copyrighted material and therefore the tool can only be used for things like peeking or creating fanart.
What is new in this release:
Version 3.10 merged the SceneGraph and the Inspector tool into one combined dialog and removed everything that lived under View|Animation tools.
