RSS Image Feed takes the first image of a site's article and embeds it inside the RSS feed.
The plugin even works in situations where the webmaster has configured his RSS feed to show only small text excerpts, going around this text-based limit and embedding the article's photo anyway.
RSS Image Feed is also great for protecting posts with lots of images by only embedding the first image, keeping the other images on the site.
The size of the embedded image is configurable in the WP backend panel.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
