Risk Management Kit

The Risk Management Kit is a set of templates used to identify, quantify, track and mitigate risks within a project. Each risk template will help you prevent risks from occurring as well as reduce their impact on the project should they eventuate. They will also enable you to monitor and control the overall level of risk throughout the project. These risk management templates will help you to identify risks likely to affect the project, list actions taken to prevent risks from occurring, minimize the impact of each risk should it occur and monitor and report the status of risks throughout the project.
