This is an extension for google Chrome. Reload all tabs using quick keyboard shortcut: ctrl + shift + r. There are settings in 'Options' that can be modified. Keyboard shortcut to reload tabs is binded as Ctrl + Shift + R. To reload all tabs in all the windows you can enable it in Options. Customizing keyboard shortcut in Options.
