Recent comments widget with excerpts plus

It duplicates the built-in Recent Comments widget and adds functionality to display comment excerpts instead of post titles.

It uses the "username said comment excerpt" format instead of "username on post title."

The webmaster can choose to show or not admin comments and the length of the excerpt.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

What is new in this release:

• Choose whether or not to include comments by the admin user.
