Real Estate Investment Analysis BASIC (REIA) is designed to help real estate brokers and investors create a complete analysis (up to 10-years) that includes income, expenses, depreciation, loans, resale analysis, and a complete operating statement. The program will let users compare (up to 5 different properties at the same time): net operating income, cash flow, cap. rate, debt-coverage ratio, IRR, equity dividend rate, margin of safety, and many other important factors any prudent real estate investor should consider.
This new version was completely redesigned to be more powerful and easier to use. Users can now compare the 'Operating Statement Analysis (w/ income, expenses, loans, IRR) for the property they are working on to another 'Operating Statement Analysis from one of the other 14 analyses stored in the program. The program now includes a Return on/of Investment analysis, and many new interactive charts / reports. REQUIRES MS EXCEL 97 or later (AMERICAN VERSION)
