Rank-O-Matic

Rank-O-Matic is an application to follow your website ranking and your competitors ranking. Add your own category from file menu and save it. You can add websites to your category with add site command on file menu. It also supports drag and drop of a website to add into the list, once you dragged the site double click on the site to edit the name and add a note. You can fetch rankings on daily basis. It also includes graph of rankings but you have to collect a few days of data to obtain graph. If you want to make fancier graphs, go onto the "File" menu and then to "Export Site Data". Save the file, and then open it with a program like Excel.
