Rand Model Designer (RMD) (which is a newer version of academic product MvStudium) is a high-performance visual environment for visual object-oriented modeling of continuous, discrete and hybrid systems, oriented on the UML paradigm. RMD supports the component models with directional links ("block modeling") and non-directional links ("physical modeling").
What is new in this release:
In new version v.7.1:
- A new option "Debug/Release" was realized for the Professional version;
- The ability of single step debugging of discrete actions of transitions and input / output actions of states has been implemented for the Professional version;
- Added predefined function of addition of vectors and matrices concat(X,Y);
- Analysis of equivalences has been optimized;
- A new element Label was realized for structure and behavior chart editors.
What is new in version 7.0.1:
The primary feature of version 7 is support of component models with a dynamic structure. The user can create a dynamic object using the constructor New and destroy by the Destroy procedure, create a dynamic link by means of procedure Connect and destroy it using the procedure Disconnect. The object type variables are introduced - their values are the references to objects - static or dynamic. Links can be assigned, stored in arrays, lists, and so on. So now RMD allows you to build a model with a variable structure (e.g., multi-agent) and non-directional links.
Limitations:
30-day trial, classes and objects restricted
