Quick Reposition is a GNOME Shell extension that will remove the delay for repositioning the opened windows when closing an app in the GNOME 3 overview mode.
To install this extension you must have GNOME Shell installed or Cinnamon. However, keep in mind that it has not been tested with Cinnamon.
