QRepRap is a free and open source full-featured 3D printer host driver written from scratch with Qt and QtSerialPort, and designed to act as a RepRap.

The slicing functionality of QRepRap is multithreaded with OpenMP in order to provide faster processing on multicore CPUs.
Among its features, we can mention variable infill ratio support, automatic dead link detection, loading of common mesh formats like STL, PLY, OBJ or 3DS, as well as the ability to save and restore GCode.
QRepRap also offers minimal support generation, lower material density for support parts, print duration estimation, and the first layers speed can be set to lower or higher than the regular extrusion speed.
