Posture1 is a Software Solution Destined for the Computer user who has to spend many hours in front of his/her screen. The Software's main function is to prevent work related injuries and to promote Alertness and Productivity. The Software is designed to prevent Neck Pain, Headaches, Wrist, Shoulder and Elbow pain. It also helps with fatigue and numbness in the legs. A screen appears on the bottom right corner of your screen and showa a series of 12 exercises that we invite you to follow. At the end of the exercises, the screen will disappear. You decide how often you want the software to run by setting the timer to the desired delay.
