The Tumblr photoset is an unique layout used widely on the blogging platform to display large image collections. It works like a grid system, only it uses random number of images per grid row.
The Photoset Grid plugin imitates this layout, but still provide enough configuration features for developers to have full control over how many images are displayed on each grid row.
This is done via the "data-layout" attribute, detailed in the plugin's README file.
Besides this other settings are also available for tweaking, like the photoset width, gutter handling, and lightbox integration.
Since most image galleries tend to use either a slider or a square grid layout, we recommend using Style Hatch's Photoset Grid plugin to add some diversity to your designs.
Examples and usage instructions are included with the download package.
