This plugin permits to create a 'voting for photos contest' from the WordPress admin panel.
Subscribed users can uploads photos and everyone else can vote for the uploaded photos.
When creating a contest, you can set the voting period, the period uploaders can upload photos and you can set the maximum number of photos per user.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
