Limits time on PC to minutes that you specify. After the time is up it will lock computer until the user account password is entered. This is great for kids and other time wasting users. It disables task manager and ALT + F4 so that you can't easily close it out. Be sure to setup a password on your user account that no one knows so that they cannot unlock it afterwards.
