OutlookAccess is an e-mail search tool. Integrated directly into a Microsoft Outlook 2000+ toolbar, you can search and find e-mails, e-mail attachments, and posted documents. OutlookAccess includes ability to search for content, not just keywords. Simply type in what you are looking for words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs, or even the entire content of a document, and OutlookAccess finds it immediately. The set-up wizard helps you install and configure the system in a matter of minutes. You can configure the system to create a single search repository containing one or more PSTs, or multiple containing just the folders you want to search--including your calendar, contacts, notes, tasks, and e-mail archive. Once configured, there's virtually no ongoing administration required--new e-mails and attachments are immediately processed and OutlookAccess automatically tracks e-mails as they are moved or deleted.
