Outlook Secretary is a program, which eliminates multiple handling of e-mail, folder navigation based on filing history. When the Main Process dialog is used, the user can file, reply and create a task--with an email--all in one step. The Folder Navigation dialog will display the 16 folders where the most recent activity has taken place--for immediate access (opening the folder in the Active Explorer). The Prev Folder button returns you to whatever folder you were last viewing--before using the Folder Navigation feature. The program will build your folder filing history by scanning your folders, and can make suggestions based on past filing patterns. Completed tasks can be logged in an Excel file and moved off of the listing in Outlook Today. E-mail handling can be accomplished in the item view, as well as, the main view within Outlook.
