This allows you to do other things and listen to your emails or newsletters. You can work in other applications like the Internet, QuickBooks, Word, Money or any other program and still listen to your emails. You can then issue a command to manage the mail and move on to your next item. Your Agent can respond to verbal or menu selected commands."
