The plugin works exactly as the Options Framework, the difference being that this version can be installed as any normal WordPress plugin, while the original framework could only be installed as a theme.
All original options and functionality is supported, the codebase being practically the same.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
