OneAutomator was created on the premise that your time is worth more than money. This to us, means that any system or process that is repeatable, should be automated. When creating an automated process, there are normally 3 main steps; finding the data to work with, filtering through that data and finally doing something with said data. We have taken these steps and called them Finders, Controllers and Actors. In OneAutomator, our Finders will assist you in bringing in data from data sources such as your database, CRM system, files or even email folders. Controllers allow you to walk through every record in the data set to make sure it is what you want to work with. This is achieved using loops and conditions. Finally OneAutomator's Actors allow to act and process the data. This can be in the form of running reports, moving the data into another system, send emails and so on. By splitting the automation process into these 3 areas, we have made the task of building automated workflows work exactly the way you do, with zero coding required.
