Agent application can be installed on any computer that your agent might work on. You just need to create an activation key through your administrator application and configure the software via that. Agent application has a simple and unique User Interface that agent to add, search, update customer data and also chat with other agents, administrator and customer at the same time. Agent application can be restricted by the administrator by content, creating data, updating data.
