NumBox was designed to help with forms that require users to enter numbers in various formats.
Instead of relying on instructions and the user to enter the number in the proper format, NumBox does this for the user instead, letting him enter his desired values and then automatically converting or formatting them to the proper display format.
This means something like 12345 can be converted to 123.45 or $12,345.00 depending on the formatting rules developers want to apply.
Some built-in formatting rules are included, but developers can use the plugin's API to build their own.
On top of this formatting functionality, NumBox also works like an input filter as well, preventing users from entering any other character outside a number.
Support for mobile devices, prefix and suffix texts, and real-time data validation is included.
Besides jQuery, NumBox is Zepto.js compatible as well.
