Security Levels
Security levels can be established for all the functions and reports. Keep the staff's prying eyes on the job and away from the things that only you need to know or change. Assign Staff with security levels and let Nuevo TouchPOS know who can do what at what level. For instance if you set clearing transactions (if someone rings up something by mistake) to "Manager" level and above. Only staff with that level of security will be able to clear a transaction from the Cash Register.
Network Version
Unlimited number of Nuevo TouchPOS cash registers can link to the same data. You can set up stand alone Cash Registers or centrally networked. Security and configuration settings are drawn from a central point.

What is new in this release:

Features for retail, take-away, restaurants, pizza shops, salons, corner stores and just about every type of retail operation.

Restaruants: Specifiy areas, tables and have open running dockets on each table until they pay. Send orders to kitchen printers, bar printers or both! On-Screen keyboard to send notes to the chef.

Pizza Shops: Keep a database of customers for return orders. Look up by name, phone number, address etc. Attach dockets to customer records so that the Kitchen Order also has address and delivery instructions. Create "Add-On" buttons to add or subtract toppings.

Salons: Mix and match between ringing up services and scanning bar codes of products.

Corner Stores: Add thousands of items to sell. Fast processing through bar code scanning and then have a menu for the few items that don't have bar codes.

Retail: Ring up sales by bar code or button. Integrates with EFTPOS terminals. Track stock in and out and auto-calculate margins. Quick live stats, end of day summary slip and detailed reporting functions.

Wholesale and Trade: Produce Quotes that become invoice pending and then invoice paid. Print as A4 docket or email out as PDF attachment. Add pictures of the items to each invoice line. Add your logo picture, return, warranty and notes to the docket.
