It comes with two interfaces, a web form which can be filled by customers and a backend interface for administrative tasks.

Multiple restaurants, dates and reservations are supported.

It is powered by jQuery and PHP.

Features:

• Validation of entries - mySeat validates the entered data to be shure doing reservations right. mySeat also corrects automatically the entered values or only lets you input data which makes sense.
• History & Information - Every time you edit a reservation detail, mySeat remembers the authors name and the date. mySeat summarizes and show you a history about the guests preferences. Restaurant Managers may publish messages for specific dates for specials and availability. The ability to in- and decrease the capacity for every single day and outlet gives you a maximum of flexibility.
• Artificial Intelligence - mySeat remembers on older, critical and doublication reservations. Reduce the risk of No-Shows! You will also get a warning if you try to reserve a large table without selecting a common menu.
• Time Control - mySeat suggests you a time for the next reservation to prevent all guest coming at the same time.
• Waitlist - mySeat has a integrated, automatic waitlist for every outlet with an alert if a reservation goes there.
• Table Management - mySeat has an easy to use table management to assign table number, status and seating. feel free to switch the reservations between 1st and 2nd seating and the waitlist.
• Recurring Reservations - For a fast input of longstay guests it's possible to make a series of reservation. If you edit this series, you are able to choose between single/all bookings to edit.
• Print list - No computer at a specific outlet? You have special events? Print a list with your reservations in an easy way.
• Search guests & Export - Search for guests and reservations in specific outlets with ease. Select a group of guests and export a excel-sheet e.g. for mailings.
• Security - It is possible to secure the whole application or individual outlets with passwords, although mySeat is designed for fast and easy access in the daily use without an overloaded user-system.
• Statistics - The most significant key data is displayed as statistics to give you an overview over your outlets.
• Maintenance - As mySeat is capacity based instead of table based, you will have less maintenance. At the System page take preferences for e.g. saison, info, webform, timecontrol and day off. Easy setup new outlets in just a few minutes!
• Multilingual - mySeat is designed to be multilingual and at the moment is is translated in English, German, Spain and Dutch.
