Mutiara Motif Designer

Mutiara Motif Designer is an open source graphical application written in GTK+ and designed to act as a border motif designer.

Even non-artists can easily design pleasing motifs with the Mutiara Motif Designer application. It order to compile the software you need to install the gnome-doc-utils package.
