MSA Query allows completely manage any MS Access database. It is based on Microsoft DAO Engine. It contains SQL Editor with syntax highlighting with Result Buffer. You can run any type of SQL statement or script. Output is flushed to formatted text, not to grid, what it allows more flexible and synoptic result overview. You can also export/import data to/from CSV and SQL.
