Mortgage Manager is a mortgage loan tracking application. It provides a way to create payments to prepay your mortgage. Payments automatically change to reflect interest rate changes for ARM loans. Escrows are tracked for monitoring so additional escrow deposits can be anticipated. Interest savings are calculated for paid and future principal payments. The loan schedule can be printed.
What is new in this release:
A version of Mortgage Manager for Snow Leopard has been released to address issues with the new i7 iMacs. This version is Intel only. Importing of the old Mortgage Manager 1.x/2.x files has been deprecated.
