This mortgage bond calculator was written for a client who wanted to calculate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly mortgage bond payments and compare mortgage bond plans. Enter any four of five bond variables and find the missing bond variable. Calculate the initial mortgage bond amount (present value), regular repayments, number of periods, annual nominal interest rate, and future value of the mortgage bond. You can choose to display an amortization table that will show interest and capital portions of each mortgage repayment with the remaining balance of the mortgage. The amortization table also displays the total payments, total interest, and total capital repaid for the mortgage bond. You may print out the mortgage details and also the amortization table.
