Morfy

The Morfy CMS is a very lightweight system for creating dynamic websites using PHP, Markdown and a simple desktop text editor.

Instead of relying on slow-loading administration panels, Morfy uses the same principles of static site generators, storing content in Markdown files and using PHP templates to assemble the content together.

The difference is that it does this in real-time, not like static site compilers that require CLI interaction or setting up one or more cron jobs.

Morfy also comes with an installation wizard for easily deploying the CMS on any PHP server, automating all the basic operations required to setup a basic website from the get-go.

Once installed, a basic theme and website structure is provided and developers can get started on building their own site right away.
