This is a port of the Bootstrap Scrollspy plugin to MooTools.
Just like the original, moostrapScrollspy is perfect for one-page websites, in which all menu options link to the same page.
As the user will scroll down the page, the proper menu option will be highlighted in the menu, as it comes and goes out of the viewport (screen).
