Minicat

Minicat was created to help webmasters improve the overall performance of their site by delivering resource files in as fewer files possible, at the smallest sizes available.

By combining JS and CSS assets into just two files, the number of HTTP requests for each page is severely cut down, especially in large applications.

This leads to quicker code delivery to the client's browser, which also lets the application render faster as well.

Minicat was designed to be used from the PHP CLI.
