This update contains an improved version of the Exchcsp.dll, which provides encryption services to Microsoft Outlook 2000. The dynamic-link library (DLL) in this update contains improvements specifically for use with Outlook 2000 Service Release 1 (SR-1) and 128-bit security encryption.
