Manjaro by Phoenix is an open source and freely distributable desktop-oriented operating system derived from the user-friendly Manjaro distribution, which in turn is based on the Arch Linux OS. It is designed especially for Russian and Ukrainian users.
Distributed as a 32-bit Live DVD
It is a community-derived Linux operating system distributed as a Live DVD ISO image that supports 32-bit and 64-bit computers, but contains software packages optimized only for the 32-bit (i686) instruction set architecture.
Boot menu à la Manjaro Linux
Being based on Manjaro, the distribution inherits its Live DVD boot menu, which allows you to start the live system with free or proprietary drivers, boot an existing OS from the local drive, perform a system memory test, as well as to view detailed information about your computer’s hardware components. The default language on the boot menu is English, but you can change it by pressing the F2 key. Each of the aforementioned boot options are fully editable.

Despite the fact that the distro is designed to be used by Russian and Ukrainian users alike, it actually uses English as the default language for the live system. However, it includes writing support for Ukrainian and Russian languages, as well as various specific packages.
Xfce is in charge of the graphical interface
Manjaro by Phoenix is based on the Xfce edition of Manjaro, which means that it uses the lightweight Xfce desktop environment. The graphical interface comprises of a single panel located on the bottom edge of the screen and a system monitoring widget on the desktop.
Default applications
Default applications include the Blender 3D modeller, Mozilla Firefox web browser, Inkscape vector graphics editor, FileZilla file transfer client, Viewnior image viewer, qBittorrent torrent downloader, GIMP image editor, Pidgin multi-protocol instant messenger and Mozilla Thunderbird email and news client.
