It can also prompt the user to save e-mails at the time of sending, ensuring they are filed promptly, thus giving access to others. Incoming e-mails can be saved individually or in batches. The batch option allows for quick and easy archiving. E-mails can be retrieved quickly and easily using the message finder, which provides an array of search criteria.
