This application from Lottosphere.net helps you pick numbers based on the past winning numbers for your state lottery and Powerball and Mega Millions. It includes a wide array of formats for you to use. You must register for a password and user name online (this is used only so that we can return the lotteries that are relevent to your state and to save your filters and numbers. The only information required is a user name, password and the state in which you play the lottery.
