Loan Assistant

Loan Assistant calculates financial parameters of a loan and creates a repayment plan for you. You can use this program yourself if you consider taking a loan, or even if you want to give a loan to someone and want to evaluate its parameters. It will provide you with some very useful data. It works with annuity loan, linear loan, interest-only loan and calculates total cost of a loan, as well as total sum of all commissions and total interests. It calculates size of monthly payments, effective rate of interests, and payoff date.
