Lirch is a Java IRC chat client that lets users connect to any IRC server and join multiple chat rooms. The program includes the ability to send and receive files with other users, chat over an encrypted connection, the ability to write scripts so that repetitive IRC tasks can be performed, and has a skinnable interface.
