LinkedIn

The LinkedIn gem provides an easy-to-use wrapper for LinkedIn's REST API.

The library can be used to authenticate and query LinkedIn for various details, without having to worry about proper HTTP request formatting and dealing with responses yourself.

The library is basically an abstraction layer for issuing HTTP requests to an LinkedIn API endpoint, all via Ruby code.

On top of this, the library will also format the responses, making them easier to digest and process inside the Ruby application/website.
