Libravatar is an online service similar to Automattic's Gravatar. Their APIs are almost identical, so they work in the same way.
Libravatar Replace is a modified, updated fork of the Libravatar WP plugin by Gabriel Hautclocq. It does the same thing, but its codebase has been updated to the latest versions of WordPress.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
