Left/Middle-message-tray is a GNOME Shell extension that moves the hot corners and icons of the message tray to the left or middle.
it was tested with Ubuntu 12.04 and GNOME Shell 3.4.
To install this extension you must have GNOME Shell installed or Cinnamon. However, keep in mind that it has not been tested with Cinnamon.
