LeaveTracker is an Excel-based application for tracking and scheduling paid leave, such as vacation and sick leave, of employees in an organization. Although it is complete and accurate, its select-and-click graphical interface makes it easy to understand and maintain. LeaveTracker provides individual employee leave records as well as on-demand organization-wide reports. With its ease of use, extensive automation, accuracy, and visual clarity, it will save time and avoid common mistakes, allowing it to pay for itself quickly. It resides on a computer (or server) making it more secure than internet based applications.

Fiscal years can end in any month, and resetting LeaveTracker at the end of each fiscal year is done with a simple click of a button. Pre-defined statutory holidays are automatically updated to their correct dates each year, and eight user-defined holidays are also available. The current version has a maximum capacity of 250 employee records. Many more features are covered in the user guide included in the LeaveTracker download, and on the Newbex website.
