LaimEditor is an open source and free graphical software written in the Java programming language and designed to act as a text editor that features good navigation and many options for editing.
It supports multiple programming languages, such as C, C++, C#, Delphi, Fortran, Latex, Java, Javascript, Python, CSS, Perl, HTML, XML, PHP, Windows batch and Unix shell.
With its intuitive interface and syntax highlighting, LaimEditor can also be used as a standard text editor. Being written in Java, it supports the Linux, Windows and Mac OS X operating systems.
What is new in this release:
- Fixed bug with closing tabs
- Add templates for Java, C + + and HTML (still under development)
- Add the Help where you can find answers to your questions
- Added automatic checking for updates (Note: If there will be updates to the program, be sure to install them, because newer versions contain bug fixes and other innovations)
