KDE fb2 Thumbnailer is an open source KDE thumbnail generator for the FictionBook (fb2) file format.
Once installed go to Configure Dolphin -> General -> Previews and select FictionBook documents. At the moment, it doesn't support zipped fb2 (fb2.zip) files.
