jQuery value-bar was created for situations where the user's input needs to be severely limited only to a specific range.
The plugin works by taking the input slider and breaking its horizontal bar into smaller parts, each corresponding to a single unit in the desired range.
Using limited "step"-like adjustments, the user can utilize his mouse to move the slider handle to the desired value.
The jQuery value-bar slider can easily be customized via CSS, and various JS events are available for extending its basic functionality.
A demo is included with the download package.
