jQuery.Simple-Rangeslider is built on André Ruffert's rangeslider.js plugin and creates simple drag sliders that can be used to replace classic numerical input elements.
Instead of typing in the desired value by hand, this jQuery plugin lets users utilize a handle on a horizontal bar, adjusting its position to reflect the desired input value.
As the slider is adjusted, a tooltip shows the input's current value, letting users fine tune their selection.
Extra methods are also included, letting the developer know when the slider is actually being moved, and when it's standing still.
These methods can be used programmatically to expand the slider's behavior with extra custom actions.
A simple sample slider is included with the jQuery.Simple-Rangeslider package.
Requirements:
- JavaScript enabled on client side
- jQuery
