jquery.scrollfreeze

jquery.scrollfreeze allows developers full control over how and when users can scroll inside a container.

Only vertical scrolling is supported and when jquery.scrollfreeze is activated, users won't be able to go up or down the page using their mouse wheel or the following keys:
- UP
- DOWN
- PAGE UP
- PAGE DOWN
- HOME
- END
- SPACE

jquery.scrollfreeze does not block scrolling events when the user actually drags the scroll handle inside the scroll bar. To avoid these kind of situations the scroll bar needs to be hidden via CSS.

A demo is included with the download package.
