jQuery Popovers helps developers create and animate tooltips on a page.
It's different from other tooltips systems because it comes out-of-the-box with support for responsive layouts and smart positions.
This means the tooltips will always fit inside the area of the screen and the tooltip container will always show inside the viewport, taking advantage of the free space and not going off-screen.
A demo is included with the download package.
