jQuery Observer can be used to add a surveillance mechanism for Web forms.
Every time a user changes something in a form an observer is triggered which can then run a custom JS function if needed.
This way custom actions can be bound to any change of a Web form's content.
Example: save the form's content to localStorage as a backup mechanism on every new edit.
A demo form is included with the package.
