jquery.mb.extruder

jquery.mb.extruder is a simple method of showing side menus, side panels, or hidden sections of the page.

The panels can be animated from the left, right, top or bottom.

Inside the panel itself, the developer can place any kind of text or HTML-based content he desires to.

The content shown inside the panel can be inline HTML or it can be retrieved and displayed via an AJAX call from a remote location.

The plugin is ideal for cases where UI widgets that are not used that regularly can be shown, without clogging up the normal page space.

jquery.mb.extruder comes with a basic example to show developers how it can be implemented.

What is new in this release:

• Added responsive behavior: if the width of the extruder is more than the window width the extruder will resize to fit the window size.
